Where can I find someone who can help me with Microsoft Outlook settings and in designing and implementing a professional and nice looking email template that can be sent out to subscribers of a not for profit organisation? It needs to be easy! We have a large database on Excel and cannot figure out how to import it (its saying we don't have headings when we do) let alone how to create a nice email newsletter.
