How do I make Microsoft Word stop printing a document's properties (Filename, etc) when you pri

Whenever I print a document out, Microsoft Word prints out another sheet to it that was not in the actual document. It looks like the following:



Filename:



Directory:



Template:



Title:



Subject:



Author:



Keywords:



Comments:



Creation Date:



Change Number:



Last Saved On:



Last Saved By:



Total Editing Time:



Last Printed On:



As of Last Complete Printing



Number of Pages:



Number of Words:



Number of Characters:

In Word, go to the menu: Tools, Options. On the Options box, go to the print tab. Uncheck the "document properties" box in the "Include with document" section.

Open up MS Word and from the menu bar select Tools %26gt; Options. The Options dialog box will open. Select the Print tab



On the Print tab you will find the following sections



1. Printing Options



2. Include with document



3. Options for current documents only



4. Options for duplex printing



These are all in blue font



Under section 2. Include with document click the box next to Document Properties (Deselect this option).



and Click Ok.
This is a Word option.



1.Click the Tools-%26gt;Options menu item.



2.Select the Print tab.



3.Make sure Include with document/Document Properties is DEselected.



4.Click OK.



That should do it.
