Transfer material from word pad to microsoft office word.?

I don't see any where that it has send in the menu. Also what is templates and normal.com. I just want something easy to use when I put my documents in microsoft word.

Just use cut and paste.
Usually you can just open the document in Microsoft Word. I believe Wordpad saves documents in the Rich Text Format (.rtf) and Microsoft Word should be able to open those document types.
Yes i am with samuel. It is better to use the cut and paste option in edit menu
A template is just a Word document that's used as a starting point for other documents. Each time you open a template with the File-%26gt;New menu option, you make a copy of the template and work with that.



Normal.dot is a template of a blank page, but other simple templates can have letterheads, fax cover sheets or other useful text already in them.



Templates can also have their own sets of character styles for special situations such as page headers or section outlines.



You don't usually edit a template, especially Normal.dot, but if you're adventurous, you can create your own template.
