Someone saved a document as the normal template. I deleted the normal template to generate a new normal template, then the close out behavior started.
Microsoft Word XP tries to start a new instance of the normal template during close down. How do I fix this?microsoft office 2007
tools / options / save then the prompt to save normal template check box.
