Microsoft's templates look tacky. What I would do, and assuming you are somewhat microsoft word savy, google profesional resume templates. Find the one you like. Then open up word, and make a table with the respective columns and rows. The trick is to make the table 'transparent' (just for the printer), however, you will still be able to see the margins, spacing, fields, etc. Which will allow you to make a professional looking resume.
