i am having trouble filling in the templates and getting them to stay on one page. and how can you print without using outlook?

I am not sure what you are trying to do but if you are trying to print something use reports rather than forms. If the templates are using too much space you can either reduce the number of fields or reduce the size of the text boxes. You can also move the text boxes and labels closer together as the default templates space things quite widely.
