i would like to create my own unique webpage for my blog, and want to arrange the photos and wordings anywhere i want.

But i only have microsoft frontpage, which i know is used to create webpage. Can i use it for my blog at blogspot?

In the case where i want to have my own website, how do it do it?

It would greatly help you (if not be required) to know PHP or CGI scripting with data-base power. Otherwise you have to manually add every new news entry with a table, reformat stuff as you go, and your friends or w/e wouldn't be able to submit anything on your blog. Ouch.
