In the MAIL MERGE, I have been unable to merge multiple data records into ONE document. How can I make a place for "Next Record" like the templates for lables do?

It sounds to me like you're really trying to handle multi-line records. I don't know that there's a way to do that with Mail Merge. It's really intended to handle single-line records, as with Excel or, especially, Access.
