i have made the templates for my forms...but i dont kno how to link the text box to a table/ query...need help ASAP..thankyOo :-]

In Access you should have a button at the top which lets you see all of the columns in the linked table. You can then drag-and-drop the columns from this list to the form you're designing and resize them.
If you haven't linked the form to a table, right-click on the button in the top-left hand corner of the form and select properties. Click on the Data tab and then click on the field labelled Recordset. You should be given a list of all the tables within the database and select the one you want to link the table to.

You say you hae made the templates, but has this been done in Access, because I can't see how you can create forms in access without connecting them to another element of the database first, like a table or report. It seems you have done it outside of Access so you need to import the form into your database. Go to database window, up to File, Get External Data, Import and follow instructions to bring your form into an Access element of your database.
